Food and Beverage

Silver Springs has a large, professional kitchen and inspired Chef, catering to groups of up to 250 people in seated configurations, or 400 people for cocktails.

Treat your guests to healthy snacks, scrumptious hors d’oeuvres, varied buffets, professional Chef stations, plated dinners, decadent desserts, and fine wines. Choose the best catering package, or work with our Food and Beverage staff to customize selections, ensuring the perfect food and beverages for your event.

Great Value

There are no extra charges for:

  • room rentals;
  • projectors, screens, microphones and podiums; or
  • parking.

Each room has a minimum Food and Beverage spend amount, which varies by the space, and is detailed in the room descriptions.

An 18% gratuity will be added to the total Food and Beverage invoice, as well as 5% GST.

Become a Social Member

If you are not a current Silver Springs member, we invite you to enjoy our facilities.

Your one-time Access Fee/Deposit payment entitles you to a limited Social Membership at Silver Springs. This membership allows you use of the designated room for your catered event, as well as use of the Clubhouse and dining facilities for the duration of the membership.
